Welcome to Kinsale Regatta 5 Mile - the local 5 mile regatta race for charity that is the fastest 5 mile course in Munster and one of the biggest 5 mile races in Ireland! It’s just as beautiful as it is fast, with scenic views up and down the Bandon river. The race finishes in the picturesque town centre of Kinsale where an epic atmosphere awaits!

This race is organised by Kinsale Triathlon Club which always welcomes new members. Many of our members don’t take part in all disciplines of Triathlon (swim, cycle, run), and if it is only running you fancy you are still welcome to join.
